## Job description
- 负责目标进度管理，针对目标达成情况进行总结，分析并督促区域制定和落实改善计划；
- 根据总部营销策略，监控和督促大区实现策略落地；
- 协助部门拟定业务流程并负责业务流程的跟进，执行和监控管理；
- 负责对接网络发展部，督促区域网络进展及异常管理；
- 负责对接大区人员管理及销售能力提升。
- 从事汽车销售类工作5年以上；
- 有主机厂大区工作经历优先；
- 年龄40岁以下，具有较强的抗压能力；
- 大学本科及以上，优秀数据分析能力，跨部门及经销商协调沟通能力。
