## Job description

### 顶层性能定义与分解
- 主导制定整车级综合性能目标，基于市场、法规和品牌定位，并科学分解至各子系统性能指标。

### 性能开发流程管控
- 建立并优化整车性能开发流程、规范与交付物体系，确保性能开发与整车项目节点同步。

### 跨系统集成与权衡
- 作为性能集成的核心枢纽，协调底盘、车身、动力、电子电气等各领域，解决性能冲突，实现全局最优解。

### 性能验证与闭环
- 领导性能虚拟验证与实车调校计划，组织性能评价与验收。主导性能问题的根本原因分析与解决方案制定，推动闭环。

### 教育与经验

要求车辆工程、机械工程、动力学等相关专业硕士及以上学历。需具备8年以上整车性能开发或集成经验，至少主导过2个完整平台或车型的性能集成工作，拥有量产车型成功经验。

### 专业知识与技能

精通整车性能评价体系，深刻理解法规与市场需求。在NVH、操控稳定性、动力经济性、制动性等核心性能领域，至少精通两项并全面了解其他。具备出色的整车级性能目标分解、系统架构搭建和权衡决策能力。熟练掌握相关仿真与测试工具，具备顶级的数据分析和问题诊断能力。

### 核心素质

必须具备卓越的系统工程思维、跨领域技术协调能力、项目管理和沟通领导力。能够站在整车高度，在相互冲突的性能与成本目标间做出最优平衡决策
