## Job description

熟悉重量管理方向工作流程，熟悉整车开发各节点交付要求； 独立承接整车项目重量方向（轴荷质心）的定义、开发、验证验收，有完备方案、方法、标准支撑项目落地； 熟悉整车轻量化发展趋势及竞品水平，规划平台、车型重量控制策略； 独立开展重量问题汇总、跟踪及达成，动态展示过程状态； 能参与编制流程规范、参与制订企业标准。 全日制本科及以上学历，材料、机械、汽车工程类等专业； 3年以上重量方向从业经验； 参与1款车型全流程开发经历； 良好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的韧性、创新精神和学习能力； 有英语工作基础尤佳。
