## Job description

### 研究方向

基于IPD流程的底盘质量管理体系建设与质量能力提升
- 负责智慧底盘IPD流程质量管控，参与流程节点评审，确保各阶段交付物符合质量要求。
- 负责质量体系管理与九大基础能力搭建，推动质量标准的制定、落地与持续优化。
- 负责项目交付物核查，对底盘开发各阶段输出物进行质量审核与问题闭环跟踪。
- 参与底盘产品质量问题分析与改进，推动VAVE（价值分析与价值工程）在质量领域的应用。

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械工程、质量管理或相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战，具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，熟悉IPD流程及汽车行业质量管理体系（IATF 16949等），具备质量工具应用能力（FMEA、SPC、8D、APQP等）。
