## Job description

负责竞品电芯/电池包信息收集、拆解组织与对标分析（性能、结构、材料、安全、成本等维度） 输出竞品分析报告，提炼技术路线差异、优劣势与对我方研发的启发建议 维护竞品知识库/分析看板，沉淀电芯参数、拆解数据、测试数据与结论资产 协同安全、试验、材料、仿真等岗位，推动竞品问题复盘与技术对标闭环 跟踪主流车企/电池企业产品动态、技术趋势与专利公开信息

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 新能源、电化学、材料等相关专业

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。
