## Job description
- 负责前后保险杠系统、格栅系统的设计开发、优化和改进，根据整车产品开发计划，制定相应车型保险杠系统开发计划，确保保险杠系统的试制、改进、试验和验证工作按照计划进行；
- 为新产品的开发质量和现有车型的重大问题、系统性解决方案提供技术保障；
- 负责保险杠系统设计指南更新、标准更新、BP编制等能力建设工作；
- 并带动科室整体设计能力提升。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历（双一流-双一流/双一流)。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械、材料等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
- 英语CET4以上。
