## Job description

1、负责全新车型项目整车性能目标的设定、分解、管理与最终验收。领导整车性能虚拟开发与集成，主导关键性能属性的平衡与决策。组织实车性能集成测试、主观评价与调校，对整车性能表现负责。 2、构建并持续优化公司整车性能开发流程、技术规范与数据库体系。解决性能开发过程中的重大技术冲突与难题，培养技术团队。 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业 2、精通车辆动力学理论与仿真，具备卓越的实车主观评价能力。出色的跨部门协调能力、系统思维和决策能力，英语能作为工作语言。对汽车充满热情，对前沿技术有深刻洞察。
