## Job description
- 技术中心年度能力建设整体方向策划；
- 技术中心年度能力建设计划制定及执行情况确认；
- 收集并制定技术中心能力建设全景图；
- 组织制定各系统的设计职责和边界划分并保持完整有效；
- 制定技术中心能力建设文件管理规定；
- 研发相关流程的评审组织；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上，机械、电子、控制等专业 ；

### 工作经验
- 5-10年汽车行业设计开发经验；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车各系统结构、原理；熟练掌握整车开发流程及各节点交付物要求，熟悉能力建设各交付物要求；

### 能力要求
- 良好的组织协调能力，良好的沟通能力。
