## Job description

1、主要负责带领项目小组完成汽车线束及物料的设计开发工作：a、整车线束原理、3D、2D数据绘制；b、线束开发过程文件编制；c、线束试制过程问题解决；d、负责项目线束的开发过程管理及供应商管理； 2、次要负责管理项目成员的日常工作安排，项目进度管控等工作 ，以及科室安排的技术能力建设工作。

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上学历；汽车、机电一体化、电气工程及自动化、电子相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上相关经验,并具备5年以上主机厂或者线束零部件工厂工作经验，熟悉线束零部件；

### 专业知识
- ：具备线束设计所需的原理、二维、3D某一方面或多方面的专业技能；或者对线束物料（接插件、端子等）有比较深入的工作经验；

### 能力要求
- 具有独立设计线束的能力，熟练使用CAD绘制原理图或2D图纸，或熟练使用CATIA绘制线束3D数据；或对线束物料熟悉，了解插件的选型、设计或失效的相关知识。
