## Job description

1.负责测试人员技术培训和考核，制定培训计划，负责测试任务的分配，指导测试工程师及时、准确的完成各项电池测试分析工作，以及实验数据、检测报告的审核 3.实施质量管理体系，提高实验室质量，持续改善实验室操作流程并提高效率 4.组织实施实验室新项目开发、方法验证、标准变更，组织实验室各项资质申请及评审等工作 5.参与实验室建设及设备的需求采购，评估实验室风险并提出有效的改善方案 6.专业知识传授 -协助其他部门，为解决电池性能相关问题提供技术支持和咨询 -定期总结和评估测试方法,提高测试效率和准确性 1.大学本科及以上学历，双一流及以上院校，机电、化学、电气等相关专业 2.5年及以上的电池安全测试工作经验，熟悉行业内电池安全测试标准及流程，10年以上实验室管理工作经验 3.熟悉汽车动力电池各项测试原理，精通基础标准及行业主流主机厂标准，精通测试系统和仪器操作，测试系统出现问题时能及时排查问题点 4.熟悉17025实验室质量管理体系,有参与CMA和CNAS、A2LA资质审核经验优先
