## Job description
- 负责平台需求先期策划
- 负责某一平台的竞争力提升，平台升级、平台拓展
- 负责平台件变更批准、负责平台共用技术的策划和实施
- 负责整车架构策略的批准
- 负责平台架构人才梯队建设

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历；车辆工程、机械等相关专业；
- 具备较强的平台架构规划及开发的能力，具有一定的技术影响力和指导力，具备较强的技术预见性，能够快速有效的分析与解决复杂的技术问题
- 具备丰富的现代项目管理方法，熟悉主流主机厂产品开发流程，熟悉国内外汽车行业的开发和技术管理模式；
- 熟悉行业内大众、丰田、吉利、比亚迪、蔚小理等多个车企平台架构及规划情况；
- 熟悉汽车行业的标准法规、竞品车信息，行业新技术信息，前瞻性研究等信息；

### 能力要求
- 具有较强的技术能力、管理能力以及较强的创新能力与技术开发能力
