## Job description
- 搭建用户数据底座，打通销售、交付、服务、触点等全链路数据；构建用户画像与分层模型，沉淀标签体系；通过 MA 自动化与 AIGC 智能化，实现用户触达、激活、转化、留存的全流程精细化运营，
- 负责私域矩阵搭建运营（App/小程序/企微等）
- 线索流转、线索质量评分（Lead Scoring）、试驾系统
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、广告或相关专业。
- 8年以上用户中台运营相关工作经验，
- 必须具备汽车行业或高端消费品行业等用户中台运营的成功经验
