## Job description
- 对汽车理论、内燃机有一定了解，熟知发动机附件系统知识（尤其是机械振动学和声学理论知识），能站在整车的角度进行系统匹配和计算，能运用质量方法，对问题的根源做出分析并提出可行行意见；；
- 了解本系统本专业的发展方向和趋势，了解开发流程、控制计划和生产工艺；
- 熟悉管理学基本知识，能够运用管理工具对下属进行科学、有效地管理；
- 了解各部门的组织机构和相关职责；熟悉公司相关的工程流程、管理制度及工作流程；
- 熟悉沟通的基本技巧和方法；
- 对汽车行业的信息化管理、标准法规、情报资料及专利申报等要有较全面的了解；
- 了解管理体系ISO/TS16949标准知识。
- 熟悉产品的质量工具QFD、DOE、汽车行业五大手册（APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC）的运用。 1、大学本科及以上；汽车、内燃机、机械设计、计算机等相关专业； 2、本科毕业后满5年以上相关工作经验、硕士及以上学历需有3年以上相关工作经验。
