## Job description
- 负责开发和优化ESG（环境、社会、治理）的AI大模型，以提高数据分析和预测的准确性；
- 设计和实施机器学习算法，用于处理和分析大量的ESG相关数据；
- 与跨部门团队合作，确保AI模型的有效集成和应用；
- 跟踪最新的AI研究和技术，不断提升模型的性能和效率；
- 撰写技术文档，分享研究成果，并参与学术会议和研讨会。
- 计算机科学、统计学或相关领域的硕士学位；
- 至少3年以上的AI模型开发经验，具备智能问答、知识图谱、推荐系统或搜索引擎项目经验；
- 熟练掌握Python、R或其他编程语言，以及TensorFlow、PyTorch等机器学习框架；
- 精通NLP/LLM相关算法和模型，熟悉自然语言处理（NLP）技术；
- 对ESG领域有一定的了解；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
