## Job description
- 负责根据公司各部门用人需求，独立开展招聘工作，开发及维护招聘渠道，发布 招聘广告、进行简历筛选、面试评估，在规定时间周期内完成招聘任务；
- 负责搜集和整理培训需求，协助制定年度培训计划和完善培训教材，组织实施内外部培训，进行培训过程的跟踪与改善；
- 负责新员工入职指导，及时了解新员工的工作状态，帮助其在公司内的职业成长。 1、生源资质：硕士及以上学历。

### 人力资源、工商管理等相关专业 3、证书要求

能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。 4、在校表现：党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 5、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
