## Job description

智慧底盘中心招聘EMB轮边制动、转向系统、线控转向、转向功能安全、一体化轮边、四轮独立转向、底盘域控、多域融合、悬架系统、智能全地形、多模转向、电磁主动悬架、复合制动、SBW线控转向、48V底盘系统、越野NOA、预瞄系统等方向高级主任工程师以上人才。 1、硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、自动化相关专业；博士或复合背景（机械+控制）优先 2、10年相应方向开发经验，主导过2个以上完整量产项目，熟悉冗余转向系统、线控转向系统、四轮独立转向系统； 3、核心能力：精通EPS电机谐波抑制技术、多体动力学分析，具备功能安全开发经验 4、工程落地能力：具备成本管控与量产交付经验 5、跨领域整合能力：融合机械、电子、控制技术，适应机电一体化开发需求。 6、国际化视野：熟悉欧美技术标准（如R79、DIN 70065），具备与国际团队协作经验。 7、抗压与适应性：适应进行技术攻关的工作强度与压力，具备技术决策魄力；
