## Job description
- 负责院内运营过程管理，包括简单平等结果行为、E奇赢管理、会议管理、各模块任务管理等；
- 负责院所各类文稿编制工作，包含内部会议材料、基地及事业部层级专项材料、对外报送材料的撰写、梳理与提报；
- 负责项目资料汇总整合、专项工作任务全程跟进，统筹项目会议组织、材料梳理、成果汇总等闭环工作；
- 全面负责新研发中心日常运营统筹、综合管理及各项事务落地保障工作。
- 负责开展院所文化宣传、团队氛围建设工作，常态化落地文化赋能、员工关怀、团队凝聚相关事务；
- 负责研发楼修缮装修、办公资源统筹调配、固定资产全流程管理，实现资源高效利用、资产合规管控；
- 负责新研发中心综合行政管理工作，装修、办公用品统筹、人员及物资搬迁等；
- 负责新研发中心行政管理制度搭建与落地，保障中心运营规范化、标准化。 本科及以上学历 专业不限，工商管理、市场营销、车辆工程等专业优先
