## Job description

### 主要负责
- 负责电动后桥MCU标定开发及开发过程中的疑难问题指导、相关质量问题的分析与整改

### 次要负责
- 负责对接整车MCU的匹配开发，建立部门MCU匹配开发BP

### 辅助协调
- 支持整车网络通讯开发
- 能够编制电驱动标定规范
- 了解感应式电机工作原理
- 熟悉整车网络通讯结构

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，汽车制造相关专业

### 工作经验
- 8年以上工作经验、熟悉CANoe、Incar软件使用；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车电驱产品多合一等产品结构、MCU产品的生产流程及工艺；

### 能力要求
- 、熟悉CANoe、Incar软件使用、有整车或台架电驱动性能标定或测试经验
