- Develop AI Agent development frameworks and toolchains
- Build the technical infrastructure behind digital employees (e.g., Xiao Qi, Xiao Rui)
- Design Agent orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring systems
- Drive large-scale Agent adoption across business scenarios" "
- 3+ years in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or distributed AI research
- Strong theoretical grounding and hands-on experience in MARL, game theory
- Able to independently lead Agent R&D for vehicle-road coordination and similar domains
- Outstanding algorithmic innovation and complex systems modeling skills"
