## Job description
- 负责搭建公司产品线运营管理体系整体架构，制定流程、制度建设和优化的整体推进计划并监控落实；
- 负责为项目团队提供产品线经营方法和工具方面的指导，负责产品线经营管理方面通用问题解决方案的制定；
- 监控各产品线经营状态、透视问题、推进产品线良性运营。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、管理相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科10年、硕士8年、博士6年以上汽车项目开发经验工作经验，10年以上产品开发管理方面工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 为人诚实正直、工作思路清晰，团队合作，策划与执行力；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 获得行业项目管理认证（PMP证书、IPMP（C级以上）等）。
