## Job description

主导光学&成像传感器的研发规划、方案设计及技术攻坚，解决研发过程中的核心技术问题。 负责研发团队的日常管理、任务分配及技术指导，提升团队整体研发能力。 对接市场及生产环节，推动传感器产品的迭代优化及产业化落地。 本科及以上学历，光学、光电工程等相关专业，8年以上光学&成像传感器研发及管理经验。 精通光学成像原理、传感器设计流程，熟悉主流成像传感器（如CMOS）的性能及应用。 具备团队管理能力，能带领研发团队推进项目，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。
