## Job description
- 负责车身侧、柱碰性能开发工作；

### 负责开发阶段
- 车身安全性能策划、仿真问题分析、方案制定；

### 负责验证阶段
- 试验车辆生产、验证跟踪＆问题优化工作；

### 负责能力建设
- 项目开发总结、数据库更新、法规解读、行业发展趋势、专利、论文等

### 生源资质
- 双一流硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、过程装备与控制工程、电子信息工程、电气工程及其自动化、交通工程、交通运输、机电一体化、自动化、光电信息科学与工程、材料科学与工程等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。 20、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
