## Job description

### 负责上车身布置设计开发工作
- 带领团队小组成员开展车型总布置技术分析工作，对小组工作质量和目标达成性负责；
- 牵头总布置目标分解与设定，推动人机工程、典型截面、总体架构、系统布置等重点技术问题的方案评审与实施，确保总布置目标的达成；
- 负责整车架构策略分析;
- 指导和培养新人，制定培养计划，完成梯队建设，最终提升部门核心技术能力。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械相关专业，本科；

### 工作经验要求
- 8年以上总布置相关工作经验，熟悉汽车开发、平台开发、总布置开发流程和整车集成工作机制；

### 职业素养要求
- 开拓创新、积极主动、尽忠职守、严于律己、责任心强、思维敏捷；

### 条件要求
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的协调沟通和决策管理能力，英语水平优秀者优先。
