## Job description
- 负责铝圈、轮胎、随车工具、补胎液、电动拖车钩的开发工作①系统可行性分析，包含底盘布置，空间校核、性能分析、方案策划等工作；②对系统及零部件技术文件进行编制和校对、确认（校核报告、系统FMEA、五级目标、SSTS、系统DVP等）；③组织并完成零部件的项目节点交付物(技术规范、技术协议、DVP、Checklist、DFMEA等)；④组织开展ESO认可、设计变更等工作；

### 负责保证产品开发进度
- 对车轮系统及零部件，进行相关工作计划制定、识别关键路径、进行风险管控，最终指导工程师及助理工程师开展工作，并对整体进行把控；

### 负责提升产品开发质量
- 对车轮系统试制、试验、装车、生产、售后等问题，进行设计优化和质量攻关，最终完成相关的记录、汇总、分析和汇报；

### 负责控制产品开发成本
- 对悬架系统零部件进行成本核算，最终实现成本目标和设计控制；

### 负责提升体系能力
- 对车轮系统及零部件，定期进行设计指南、企业标准、设计开发手册等研发体系类文件的编制，最终实现体系提升及研发质量提升。 1、大学本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等汽车相关专业。 2、本科5年、硕士3年及以上车轮开发经验；
