## Job description

负责研发方向的业务运营工作

### 目标管理
- 负责产品共创相关KPI、OKR目标管理和推动。

### 重点事项推动
- 统筹协调产品共创相关重点事项的跟进，以及跨部门问题的管理和推动。

### 项目管理
- 支持产品共创重点项目的跟踪和管理，制定项目计划，管理项目风险，及时解决跨部门冲突，并确保推动和交付。

### 业务流程优化
- 梳理现有业务流程，识别效率瓶颈并提出优化方案，推动流程标准化，提升运营效率。

### 其他
- 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车工程、项目管理等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 28、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
