## Job description
- 根据合资章程、合作协议、公司授权等代表奇瑞科技方权益履行分管业务（销售、采购）的开展；
- 根据合资章程并结合企业实际需要，负责或协助派驻企业总经理组织制定公司发展战略及整体经营计划/预算、实施，以及组织董事会、总经理会议及其他公司重大事项、经营业务活动等工作的组织安排；
- 负责分管业务的业务规划、年度经营目标及工作计划的制定，并推进开展； 4根据年度经营目标及工作计划要求，负责落实奇瑞科技各项工作要求及相关业务工作安排等；

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，机械自动化、汽车、企管等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 10年以上汽车行业工作经验，有5年以上大中型企业经营管理相关工作经验；

### 其他
- 有较强的事业心、责任心、开拓精神，熟悉奇瑞或其他客户业务和管理体系，认同公司文化；
