## Job description
- 制定技术项目管理流程机制（技术项目操作办法/项目考核及激励等）；
- 推进技术项目立项、各节点及过程质量审核；
- 技术项目人力资源状况梳理；
- 技术项目验收及成果总结应用。

### 教育背景
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历；汽车、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件等相关专业优先；
- 从事相关专业10年以上相关经验；
- 具备新技术项目管理经验；
- 沟通协调能力强、具备较强的汇报总结能力，问题推进能力。
