## Job description
- 根据市场需求和趋势，制定适合海外市场的整车产品规划和产品型谱策略。
- 组织市场调研，分析竞争对手，提供产品改进和开发建议。
- 分析市场趋势，识别市场机会，制定并优化海外市场进入和扩展策略。
- 开展汽车行业海外市场发展趋势、商业模式、竞争态势等系统研究和跟踪。
- 具备敏锐的市场洞察力与产品规划能力，能够独立完成国际市场产品规划工作，从海外市场机会出发构建具有差异化竞争优势的产品规划方案并制定相应策略。
- 精通竞品分析方法论，能够深入拆解竞品的技术路径、配置策略及市场表现，基于对标结论输出针对性的本品竞争策略与攻防建议。
- 熟悉整车开发和产品型谱规划流程，能够根据市场需求提供建设性意见。
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够有效整合销售端、市场端的用户反馈与一线需求，将其转化为清晰的产品输入，推动车型项目研究与落地。
- 对汽车行业，尤其海外市场熟悉，5年以上国际市场管理经验，有欧洲市场工作经验者优先，能够洞察海外各不同市场用户的消费行为习惯的变化趋势，具备创新思维，能够主动提出具有前瞻性的产品策略或迭代方案。
