## Job description
- 搭建DR体系质量度量指标体系，定期输出质量分析报告；
- 针对评审中发现的共性问题，推动中台改进流程及标准；
- 协助流程标准经理完成资料整理、会议组织等工作；
- 协助流程标准工程师优化评审规则与评审清单维护；

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，质量管理、统计学等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 硕士

### 专业知识
- 熟练使用SPSS、Minitab等数据分析工具，具备良好的逻辑思维能力

### 能力要求
- 积极主动、诚实正直；有外语听说读写能力优先；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康；
