## Job description

1.1.组织制定并实施公司中长期技术发展规划，明确技术发展路径与优先级，支撑产品战略落地。 1.2.主导技术需求全生命周期管理，覆盖需求收集、筛选、分类及动态更新，确保需求与规划目标一致。 1.3.统筹技术趋势分析与预研管理，开展前沿技术扫描、可行性评估及预研项目池维护，降低技术风险。 1.4.策划并执行技术规划落地机制，监控规划实施进度，协调资源解决落地瓶颈，保障技术目标达成。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 热能与动力工程、车辆、机械、电子、电气专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
