## Job description
- 负责自动驾驶平台系统性能分析，包括各种应用场景性能问题的分析、定位。
- 负责定义指标明确，可度量，标准化的软件平台性能指标和性能验收标准，管理供应商软件平台交付物，并推动指导供应商进行性能优化。
- 负责性能问题分析和调优相关工具的开发和维护，提高工作效率。 ①学历:大学本科及以上学历: 计算机科学与技术/电子信息工程/电子信息科学与技术/电气工程及自动化/智能驾驶/人工智能/软件工程/电子等相关专业 ②工作经验: a. 5年及以上软件开发及性能优化经验 b. 有智能座舱、自动驾驶性能优化经验者优先。 ③技术能力: a. 熟悉Linux内核，对内存管理、CPU调度、IO、GPU、DDR、文件系统有深刻理解，掌握相关的问题分析定位方法。 b. 熟悉车载BSP开发，对内核了解深入，熟悉Linux内核补丁方式，能独立对Linux升级补丁，熟悉buildroot/yocto构建工具。 c. 熟悉QNX操作系统及其相应组件。 d. 熟练使用Linux等平台的性能分析工具，能独立分析处理相关的性能问题。 ③职业素养要求: 责任心强、沟通能力强、较强的逻辑思维能力。
