负责大圆柱电芯&方型产品规划； 负责大圆柱电芯&方型开发技术统筹； 负责大圆柱电芯&方型设计方案及竞争力策划； 负责大圆柱电芯&方型失效分析及性能优化； 统筹大圆柱电芯&方型新材料、新体系、新工艺导入验证；
- 全日制硕士及以上学历
- 材料、化学、电化学等相关专业
- 全球前十动力电池企业5年以上工作经验
- 熟悉动力电芯产品开发流程
- 有1款及以上大圆柱&方型电芯产品完整开发经验
