## Job description
- 整体负责测试质量保障工作，搜集项目需求，并分配给相关责任人分解解读需求；
- 制定合理的测试策略与测试架构，保证测试工作高效、有序地进行;
- 负责制定项目各阶段整体计划、月度计划、周度计划；管理测试项目的进度，协调资源，确保测试活动按计划进行;
- 负责组织识别和推进解决计划执行过程的潜在风险；
- 负责阶段性汇报，推进项目测试工作的阶段性验收、终验，对项目结果负责；
- 负责跨部门沟通协作，与研发、产品、试制、生产、售后等部门密切沟通，确保项目的顺利进行。
- 全日制大学统招本科毕业，汽车、计算机或自动化相关专业，5年以上年工作经验；
- 熟悉整车开发流程，测试工具和软件，有整车性能测试经验尤佳；
- 对整车新能源动力、底盘、软件等领域有一定了解，有一定定位以及解决问题的能力；
- 优秀的沟通协调和组织能力、团队协作能力。
