## Job description
- 负责公司BOM（物料清单）体系的搭建、维护和优化，制定BOM管理相关制度和流程；
- 负责公司产品BOM的编制、审核、修订和版本管理，确保BOM数据的准确性、完整性和一致性；
- 负责BOM数据的分析和应用，为生产计划、成本核算、物料采购、库存管理提供准确的BOM数据支持；
- 负责BOM管理相关的系统（如PLM、ERP）的维护和优化，推动BOM数据的数字化管理；
- 负责BOM管理相关的培训工作，提升相关人员的BOM管理能力和数据意识。

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、计算机、财务会计相关专业；

### 经验
- 博士≥3年、硕士≥5年、本科≥8年BOM管理相关工作经验；

### 技能
- 精通BOM管理体系、PLM/ERP系统、成本核算、数据管理，具备团队管理、项目统筹能力；

### 其他
- 具备良好的沟通协调、抗压能力，有整车厂BOM管理工作经验优先。
