## Job description

### 精通IE基础工具
- 掌握MTM/UAS工时分析方法，可独立完成作业工时的组合、测算与变更；
- 熟悉人机工程（Ergonomics）分析工具，能识别产线作业中的人机匹配问题并输出改善方案；
- 掌握精益生产工具（如6S、价值流分析、精益6+1评审等），具备现场精益改善落地能力。

### 具备产线管理能力
- 能独立开展定编规划、效率指标等监控与分析；
- 熟悉标准化作业体系搭建，可主导标准化视频拍摄、作业指导书编制与现场作业合规性核查。

### 软件技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据统计与分析；
- 掌握Visio、CAD等工具绘制流程/布局图，会使用基础视频剪辑工具处理标准化作业视频者优先。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、车辆工程、质量管理类；

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上；

### 职业素养要求
- 有工作经验者优先。
