## Job description
- 实现传统对话+multi-agent框架，实现各种交互技能，包含但不限于任务型对话、问答、开放域对话等

### 基于大语言模型的效果调优，包括不限于
- prompt工程、SFT、rag等，基于开源模型自建垂域domain等
- 收集、清洗数据，训练模型，迭代效果；定量、定性评估模型效果，横评不同基座模型效果" 硕士及以上学历，AI、计算机、NLP 等相关专业，熟悉 NLP 与深度学习基础模型； 熟练使用 Python，了解 Java/C++，有云端代码开发实践经历优先； 了解大模型微调、RL 等技术，有相关科研或项目经历为佳； 熟悉 LLM 应用开发逻辑，了解 LangChain/Dify 等框架，掌握 Prompt、RAG、工具调用基础，有实操 Demo 加分； 热爱大模型技术，主动跟踪国内外前沿产品，具备自主调研钻研能力。
