## Job description
- 负责开展eVTOL适航标准和规范的研究、解读工作，跟踪国内外适航法规更新，为项目开发提供合规依据。
- 负责编写eVTOL适航审定所需的各类基础文件，支撑局方适航审定工作开展。
- 负责eVTOL适航工作的策划、组织和实施推进，统筹协调内外部资源，保障适航工作按计划落地。
- 负责参与公司适航管理体系、设计保障体系的建设与持续完善，建立适配eVTOL项目的适航管理流程。
- 负责对接民航适航审定部门，配合开展适航审定相关工作，跟进审查意见并推动闭环整改。 ‌6.负责参与适航领域的专业建设，同时配合开展eVTOL新飞机方案的研究与探索工作。
- 本科及以上学历，航空工程、飞行器设计、适航技术等航空类相关专业背景优先。
- 为5年相关领域工作经验，要求熟悉适航工作体系与审定流程；有通用航空、民用飞机适航审定相关工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉国内外民用航空适航法规与审定要求，了解eVTOL飞行器的设计开发流程；
- 具备独立编写适航审定基础文件的能力，能够独立推进适航工作全流程实施；具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够顺畅对接民航监管部门。
- 持有民航局认可的适航培训相关资质，或有参与过完整民机适航审定项目经验者会被优先考虑。
