## Job description

### 标准工时管理
- 运用工时核定方法，并能在运用中不断完善各工艺标准工时；

### 现场作业改善
- 对流程进行分析，识别工序间、工艺间存在的浪费，结合工业工程改善手法，提出改善建议并对车间进行指导；

### 人机工程评价
- 依据人机工程标准，评定各产线工位作业姿势及负荷等级，提出改进建议；

### 效率管理体系推进
- 结合效率管理因子，依据生产计划、效率目标，结合改善课题进度，做出效率预测，并指导车间开展相关工作。

### 教育与专业
- 本科学历，机械、汽车、工业工程及相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 从事工业工程岗位不低于5年，熟悉理论知识并有实践经验；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 掌握工时管理、人机工程、流程分析等IE知识，并熟练应用；

### 其他
- 有汽车主机厂工作经验优先。
