## Job description
- 负责新车型同步工程分析，底盘、动总、空调系统方向，对新车型项目M1/M2/M3数据冻结进行审核确认；
- 负责数字化工艺建立与应用及仿真分析，并负责标准工时的编制；
- 建立总装同步工程分析数据库，总装工艺问题的收集、分析及跟踪解决，并形成数据库。；
- 参与建立和完善工艺技术要求和分析标准，收集前沿技术知识及对标；
- 负责总装竞品车型BENCHMARK,完善竞品数据库；

### 教育与专业
- 机械、汽车专业或项目管理相关专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年以上新能源工艺开发经验，熟悉整车工艺开发流程及标准；

### 职业素养要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密；具备较强的沟通能力，工作以目标为导向，认同公司文化、主动践行公司价值观行为准则；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- ，熟练使用OFFICE等软件；学习能力强；能接受异地项目出差；
