## Job description
- 根据项目二层网络计划，负责制定分管零部件的详细开发计划，并根据计划组织实施，保证项目进度的达成
- 开展分管零部件的断面和结构设计、DFMEA和DVP制定、GD&T图纸确定、产品数据发布评审、技术文件编制发放和专利申报等工作， 以保证产品设计的有效性。
- 负责分管外协件的供应商考察和管理、外协件布点、技术协议签订、数据确认发放、检具方案确认、样件抽样与检测、ESO认可和小批量试装等工作，确保外协件按时达到量产状态。
- 开展分管零部件试制的技术支持和管理、DV和PV验证及改进、Audit降分及质量问题改进和技术协调等工作、参与尺寸及功能检查、试验结果判定、综合匹配及认可等工作，完成分管零部件最终设计的冻结。 ①学历：大学本科及以上学历；机械工程、机电一体化、电气工程及自动化、车辆工程等相关专业； ②工作经验：5年及以上主机厂内外饰零部件开发经验或者后视镜零部件工厂工作经验，熟悉塑料件开发流程及工艺。 ③职业素养要求：具有良好的汽车零部件、机械设计等基础知识，较强的组织协调能力、语言表达能力，较强的CATIA软件和TC系统操作水平； ④特殊资格/条件要求：忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，有较强的责任感；具有较强的组织和协调能力，有一定的语言表达能力和领导能力，能服从领导和安排。 ⑤身体状况要求：身体健康，无传染性疾病
