## Job description
- 负责VCU功能、动力性、经济性、驾驶性等标定；
- 负责VCU诊断标定及流程体系建设；
- 负责竞品驾驶性对标、研究、趋势分析；
- 负责故障诊断标定体系建设。 1.3年以上主机厂标定工作经验，有新势力经历者优先 2.熟悉整车动力性、经济性、驾驶性等性能标定开发流程； 3.熟练掌握INCA、CANAPE、MATLAB等汽车开发软件； 4.熟练使用PCAN、CANOE等CAN工具;
- 熟悉故障诊断机制及原理，有一定的故障诊断标定经验。
