## Job description
- 负责端侧 LLM/VLM 系统方案设计，解决大模型上车内存、时延瓶颈；
- 负责异构算力调度框架设计，舱驾融合 AI 资源共享方案；
- 负责制定模型标准化部署流程、自动化工具链规范；
- 负责预研前沿端侧 AI 技术，定义中长期技术路线；
- 负责评估不同芯片平台 AI 能力，支撑硬件选型。
- 熟练使用至少一种推理框架；
- 熟悉模型处理、量化脚本、自动化测试
- 熟悉 CNN、Transformer、LLM基础原理。
- 熟练掌握PyTorch、ONNX、ONNX Simplifier等框架工具。
