## Job description

### 岗位工作内容

1.

### 公司行政事务管理和服务，包括但不限于

（1）统筹公司总部办公区标准化建设，办公环境管理监督，推动企业总部形象提升；公司核心办公区及领导办公室环境管理和办公保障，与物业对接落实行政管理要求； （2）统筹公司商旅业务管理和服务，商旅制度、流程和服务资源管理优化及数字化建设，商旅平台日常管理和服务对接，公司领导及核心客户商旅服务；负责推进商旅业务合规管控、服务提升和成本控制； （3）统筹部门预算编制及执行监督，负责部门年度投资和预算费用管控，部门主控费用及标准管控； 2. 部门其它行政工作或交办事项支持。

### 岗位任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；专业不限；
- 形象好、气质佳、亲和力强、普通话水平较好，有汽车驾驶经验和能力；
- 有5年及以上相关工作经验；有较强的沟通协调能力和服务意识；抗压能力强；熟练操作各类办公软件；
- 国内外大型企业尤其是汽车企业行政管理服务和基本财务工作经验优先，擅长分析、制度体系建设。
