## Job description
- 负责内外饰氛围灯光学产品设计；主导光学件与内饰结构件（门板/仪表板/中控等）的集成设计，制定产品光学性能指标与测试规范
- 负责内外饰光学产品新技术调研及预研工作；重点关注Micro-LED/OLED柔性光源、智能动态光效、光纤织物、触控反馈一体化光学表面等前沿方向；跟踪全球主流车企光学设计趋势及最新专利动态，进行技术对标与可行性评估，为下一代光学产品迭代提供技术储备
- 负责技术项目立项和开发中Demo样件制作，调试以及组织评审验收；针对样件调试中出现的亮度不足、色偏、光斑、暗区等典型问题，主导根因分析与整改方案，快速推动迭代优化
- 新技术洞察、技术专利、论文申报等

### 生源资质
- 双一流硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 光学工程、光电信息科学与工程等专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
