## Job description
- 跟踪电池行业前沿技术，分析友商技术路线、产品性能；
- 统筹竞品材料、性能、可靠性、安全性等对标工作，生成数据库；
- 将竞品洞察转化为产品定义输入‌
- 跟踪行业前沿技术，挖掘可专利化技术点，并推动知识产权布局‌
- 对接整车项目，参与电池系统（含BMS、热管理、结构安全等）的早期概念设计

### 推动预研成果向产品转化" 教育背景与工作经验
- 大学本科及以上，汽车、机械、新能源材料、电子等相关专业； 具有5年及以上新能源汽车动力电池项目管理经验 任职资格： 1. 有电池行业或汽车tier1零部件行业背景 2、5年以上动力电池行业经验，主导或参与过动力电池研发、生产、测试全流程项目 3. 具有敏锐的洞察能力，逻辑分析，数据分析能力强 4. 精通3D、2D辅助设计软件 5. 熟悉锂电池和汽车行业相关测试和标准
