## Job description
- 负责软内饰系统包括顶饰、地毯、行李箱、声学包的设计开发工作。
- 负责零部件的系统选型、benchmark、断面设计、结构设计、方案设计、接口设计、造型可行性分析涉及的工艺、性能、成本等分析工作。
- 管控零部件开发计划，并推进成本、质量、性能目标的实施和达成。
- 制定零部件的技术标准、试验规范、数据、图纸等技术文件。
- 负责SOR编制和发布，参与供应商开发和管理。
- 协助负责软饰系统规划的知识更新。
- 负责新技术的研究和应用。
- 统招本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料工程、车辆工程或相关专业背景；
- 熟悉软内饰系统的产品开发流程和技术标准，具备良好的项目管理能力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 具备创新思维，能够独立解决问题并推动项目进展。
