## Job description
- 能独立承担全新项目开发任务、独立承担产品的优化和改进工作，根据整车产品开发计划，制定相应开发计划，确保产品的试制、改进、试验和验证工作按照计划进行；
- 为新产品的开发质量和现有车型的重大问题、系统性解决方案提供技术保障；
- 负责产品设计指南更新、标准更新、BP编制等能力建设工作；
- 并带动科室小组整体设计能力提升。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、交通运输、材料工程、机械设计及机电一体化相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 本科5年及以上相关工作经验，并具备5年以上主机厂或内饰零部件公司产品开发工作经验，

### 专业知识
- 熟悉内饰顶棚、地毯、减震垫等产品开发流程，产品结构，产品材料、工艺及模具；

### 能力要求
- 具备较强的沟通能力，质量意识，风险管控能力及独立的问题分析解决能力，CATIA软件运用熟练。
