## Job description
- 负责全过程整车厂零部件质量问题的管理，推进问题闭环，落实问题改善，形成经验教训库并负责不同项目横展落地。
- 统筹现场质量管理，支持车间识别现场问题原因，支持车间和质量开展批量问题分析以及材料准备；
- 智驾硬件售后质量管理，组织相关方进行问题分析和对策验证，推进问题闭环，提升客户满意度；
- 负责整车现场试制工作，跟踪智驾零部件的现场装配工艺以及反馈现场试装问题；
- 支撑现场智驾传感器标定工作；
- 领导安排的其它工作。
- 全日制本科及以上学历
- 具有智驾零部件标定或质量管理工作经验。
- 掌握质量管理方法、质量改进等技能；
- 掌握智驾零部件装配工艺及标定性能和技术要求；
- 熟练掌握相关设备及检具的使用和日常维护；
- 熟练运用Office、PPT等汇报分析工具；
- 优秀的沟通能力、语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力和组织能力；
