## Job description

### 市场研究
- 指导对汽车市场发展趋势、外部营销环境、主要竞争对手等方面信息的收集和研究，为公司制定有效的市场策略提供依据。

### 营销策略制定
- 根据公司战略规划制定营销公司年度经营计划以明确年度经营方针，结合经营计划制定分商品年度、季度营销策略。

### 营销过程监控
- 宏观市场层面，通过月度市场环境分析监控奇瑞整体表现；分商品层面，以年度月度目标为导向，以车型策略为抓手，监控车型营销过程。

### 商品调度管理
- 管理商品群实现商品全生命周期资源管理及商品企划；围绕车型营销运营，调度管理新品上市及日常营销活动。

### 预算管理
- 为了保障市场与商品管理部各项工作的正常、高效开展，在批准的部门年度预算计划内，审批各项财务费用的支出，监督资金的合理使用。 1、具备汽车市场敏感性，宏观把握能力，有高度的责任心； 2、新能源车企产品经验，有8年以上汽车相关工作经验，3年以上管理工作经验。
