### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，财务会计等财经类相关专业，注册会计师可适当放宽

### 工作经验
- 3-5年财务工作经验，具有汽车行业投资/管理分析工作经历优先

### 其他
- ①有较高的责任感，严谨的工作态度，较强的自我驱动力和抗压能力； ②具有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，有全局观、原则性、服务意识和团队意识强烈； ③有企业经营理念、全局观，能站在企业全局立场针对相关流程及业务提出符合企业利益的建议。 ④具有大数据统筹分析能力，对数据具有较强的敏感性。 1、主要负责： ①负责新工厂制造财务管理，同制造事业部本部对接； ②库存管理：了解本部库存管理制度流程，主控新工厂库存管理流程体系建设； ③制造预算管理：了解本部预算管理流程体系和财务管理规则，负责新工厂月度/季度/年度制造费用分析； ④系统：熟悉SAP软件，主控完成工厂BI基础模板及框架搭建； 2、其余领导安排的事项；
